Engineering Lead - Mobile

• Lead a team of mobile developers in the ideation and technical development of innovative mobile applications to streamline and automate critical business processes.
• Cultivate a culture where team members are empowered and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and belonging to the products.
• Ensure the team works productively cross-team and builds relationships to drive growth of the products.
• Work with your manager to drive goal-setting with your team, hold them accountable for results, and groom them to advance in their careers.
• Ensure the team builds mobile applications that are architecturally consistent, of high quality, and follow operational best practices.
• Ensure the team ships products, features, and bug fixes regularly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience from a reputable university.
• Min 3-4 years of experience as a software engineer or mobile developer in a SaaS company.
• Experience in leading and managing a mobile developer team.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages and SaaS products.
• Understand iOS and Android application life cycles.
• Comfortable solving complex problems through technology.
• Humble and hungry engineer. Always curious, always looking for a better way.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Good understanding of OOP and the SOLID principles in code.
• Familiar with Continuous Integration concepts.
• Experience working with web services and APIs (JSON, REST).
• Proficient understanding of version control tools (preferably Git).
• Extensive experience writing unit tests.
• Familiar with Cloud Messaging APIs and push notifications.
