As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Zego, you will play a critical role in driving the company's pricing strategy, with a direct impact on key business growth lines. You will own the end-to-end retail pricing process for a diverse range of motor products, ensuring that pricing decisions align with our innovative, data-driven business model. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the development of retail pricing models, support cross-functional teams, and act as a thought leader, driving the adoption of cutting-edge techniques within the pricing domain.

Your role will be essential in scaling our pricing function as we continue to grow across the UK and European markets.

• Collaborate with Pricing Leadership to implement strategic pricing decisions for new and existing motor products.
• Contribute to the adoption of advanced pricing techniques, including telematics and data science methods, and support innovation within the retail pricing function.
• Monitor and assess performance, ensuring business objectives are met across the product portfolio, and providing recommendations for adjustments based on data insights.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, data science, account management, and leadership to provide insights and achieve business objectives.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a personal lines pricing role, with a background in motor pricing being advantageous.
• A track record of managing personal lines pricing strategies, with a creative mindset and willingness to challenge traditional pricing methods.
• Strong analytical and technical skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent is required, with experience of model building.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with pricing integrity and maintain a high level of analytical rigor.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members, fostering collaboration within the team.
