You will

Be responsible for cloud-based software projects, writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of the product that improves patient outcomes and enhances the efficiency of healthcare delivery.

• Produce high-quality code, review for accuracy and functionality, and regularly analyze code segments.
• Create design plans and delegate tasks to outsource development resources effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements, and incorporate new software development methodologies and best practices.
• Fulfill additional duties as agreed upon.

The Candidate

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
• 10+ years of work experience in software development
• Extensive knowledge of full-cycle software development, design patterns and practices
• Strong knowledge of core Java and J2EE, experience in event driven architectures
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL preferred)
• Experience building scalable REST APIs, including authentication and versioning
• Knowledge of cloud platforms - GCP or AWS.
• Experience with medical information standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.) will be an asset
• Knowledge of NodeJS and Electron will be an asset
