In this role, you will lead and execute the quality assurance strategy for our software products, ensuring reliability and performance. You will work hands‑on with cross‑functional teams to design, automate, and maintain test cases, while mentoring engineers to embed a culture of quality. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in QA automation with the ability to drive process improvements and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans, with a focus on automated testing for software applications.
• Write, maintain, and optimize automated tests while guiding engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze, report, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal regression.
• Create and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test scripts and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and methodologies to enhance our QA processes continuously.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies and quality assurance workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in test automation and delivering high‑quality software.
• Hands‑on experience automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools such as Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Leadership experience:
  Ability to mentor engineers, define QA standards, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Excellent communication skills—you can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• High ownership mentality—you take pride in your work and see projects through to completion.

• Fluent in English, with a knack for engaging in technical discussions.
