£75,000 up to £100,000 base salary + Bonus + Share Options

A well-funded London-based AI & Data company is hiring Product-Focused Software Engineers across Mid, Senior, and Principal levels. This is a hands‑on engineering role with significant influence over product direction, design decisions, and how new AI & Data features are shaped.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Data / AI teams to define problems and shape solutions.
• Contribute to product discovery, design discussions, and roadmap decisions.
• Build high-quality software using modern engineering practices across web, backend, and cloud.
• Own features end-to-end—from early idea to released iteration.

• Engineers are active partners in product strategy, not just delivery.
• You’ll have a strong voice in how products evolve and how users’ needs are met.
• Highly collaborative, low-ego environment where product thinking is central.
