Hybrid Belfast Salary: £35,000-£45,000  Equity My client are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Mid-Level Product Engineer who wants proper ownership, modern tech, and the chance to play a central role in shaping a growing digital platform. If you enjoy building features end-to-end, improving systems, and having a real say in technical decisions, this is a brilliant move.

You'll be working across a modern stack and collaborating with a team that ships quickly and learns even faster. Why this role is exciting Modern stack including React, React Native, Node.js, Python, cloud-native tooling, and event-driven systems. Real ownership - you take features from idea to deployment and iteration. Room to specialise or stay broad depending on what you enjoy.

Influence the direction of the product as the engineering team grows. What you'll be doing Building and owning new features across front-end, back-end, and mobile Designing clean, reliable APIs and application logic Working with cloud tooling, data sources, and modern dev workflows Supporting junior engineers and sharing best practices Getting involved in planning, architecture, and technical decisions What my client is looking for 2-4 years' experience delivering production features Strong experience with a modern JS framework (React/ ideal) Exposure to Python Comfortable working across the stack Enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working quickly Confident communicator who collaborates well with product and design What's on offer £35k-£45k salary  equity Hybrid working (Belfast) Meaningful ownership of product areas Rapid progression as the team and platform scale
