PHP Developer

This is a newly created permanent vacancy for a PHP developer to work with an Ipswich based Software business who are embarking on exciting period of growth.

Joining a small, friendly and supportive team of developers (working on a predominantly remote basis) you will be helping to enhance the organisations unique software offerings which include a cloud based data hub that interfaces with 3rd party data sources and applications, and an integrated suite of mobile apps. In your new role you will focus on developing new back end and web app functionality using technologies such as PHP, Laravel, MYSQL, Mongo

DB and JavaScript.

As the successful candidate it is likely that you will have commercial experience developing with PHP coupled with a well-rounded knowledge of web-based platforms and RESTful web-services. You will also be self-motivated, quick to learn and familiar with Agile development.

Knowledge of improving Software development best practice and process would also be of a distinct advantage.
