In this fast‑paced Agile environment, you will develop the Conexiom SaaS solution on a global 24x7 production platform, leveraging Microsoft .NET and Azure. This role includes architectural decision‑making, mentorship, and close collaboration with teammates to deliver new features every sprint.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions, including API integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic for chatbots and recommendation systems.
Own projects, stories, and tasks, ensuring they are completed before sprint starts.
Lead design and architecture of new features in a senior capacity.
Break down user stories into accurate technical tasks.
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead other engineers by example.
Contribute to documentation of existing infrastructure and architecture.
Recommend and implement improvements to the development process.
Assist engineering management with projects and deliverables as required.
Collaborate effectively in a hybrid work‑from‑home model with a minimum of two days in office per week.
Key Qualifications
5‑10 years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, Type Script, React, Next.js, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL, No
SQL, Serverless).
Significant experience developing and supporting a 24x7 SaaS solution.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services.
Familiarity with AI agent tooling (e.g., Copilot, Cursor), prompt engineering, and experience working with AI model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
Experience with Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes) or CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, Jira, Azure Dev Ops.
Solid understanding of the SDLC (Design, Implement, QA, Release, Maintain).
Experience building enterprise‑class business automation solutions is an asset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self‑directed, proactive, results‑oriented, and detail‑oriented.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or Engineering.
