We want our co-ops and interns to have the TD and AI2 experience (Analytics Insights & Artificial Intelligence), where we develop talent, help build great careers and do what it takes to make our clients' lives easier! The goal for our co-ops and interns is that they can have a meaningful experience while growing their skills and gaining new perspectives. Chosen candidates will have the chance to learn and develop their competencies and build great careers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will support the development and maintenance of web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end features. You will work closely with senior engineers and designers, gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle and modern frameworks. Your responsibilities will include:
Assistingin the development of user interfaces and interactive features using modern front-end technologies (e.g., Vue.js).
Supporting the design and implementation of server-side solutions and RESTful APIs using Pythonand
FastAPI.
Helping to design andoptimizedatabaseschemas, andwriting queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
Collaborating with team members to integrate front-end and back-end components within the overall system architecture.
Participating in code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions to learn best practices and improve code quality.
Stayinginformed about current trends in web development and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Maintaining documentation for code, APIs, and technical specifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currentlyenrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with the intent to return to school after the internship.
Basicproficiencyin HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g.,FastAPI).
Understanding ofRESTful APIs and how to consume or build them in web applications.
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git).
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communicationand collaboration abilities.
Experience with personal projects, coursework, orpreviousinternships in web development is considered an asset.

This position is a 4-month work term and willcommence
May4– August 21, 2026.
