• Exciting domain & new product development – you will be part of a greenfield Med Tech project where a completely new product is built from scratch

• University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, including 2 years using Rust.
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus
• Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems
• Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems
• Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure Dev Ops (e.g., Cargo pipelines)
• Excellent English skills are essential, German language skills are an advantage
