- Lead the development and implementation of responsive, user‑centric web interfaces for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and high‑performance front‑end code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and high standards in front‑end development.
- Drive the technical direction of front‑end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- 3+ years of professional experience in front‑end development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications and projects.
- Strong experience in developing responsive, high‑quality user interfaces, with a focus on healthcare, medical, or regulated industries being a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of modern front‑end development practices.
- Strong familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience using collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design systems.
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially Word Press, and familiarity with custom theme and plugin development.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, cross‑browser compatibility, and mobile‑first development.
- Expertise in front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), CSS preprocessors, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, image optimization, and minimizing JavaScript bundle sizes.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools, package managers (npm, yarn), and bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices related to front‑end development.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive development culture.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in developing solutions for healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing them in large‑scale applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
