This position is designed to generate tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud‑native infrastructure to construct full‑stack systems that address substantive challenges, not merely complete task lists. You'll be required to deliver rapidly without compromising quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with enduring maintainability.

What You Will Be Doing- Design and deliver full‑stack features:
Drive user stories from conception to production; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and deploy to live environments. - Diagnose and resolve bugs:
Perform root‑cause investigations, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies. - Elevate code quality standards:
Assess plans and pull requests to enforce clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from entering the codebase.
- Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures for their own sake.
- Executing specifications blindly without grasping the underlying problem.
- Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders.
- Simply delivering features; you'll own the responsibility of solving genuine problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Leveraging AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, ships quickly, and remains maintainable over time.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
- Proven ownership:
Documented experience owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond merely contributing isolated tasks. - Self‑sufficient execution:
The capacity to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain scenarios. - Practical experience using generative AI in your daily development workflow.
