Base pay range$50.00/hr – $50.00/hr
What You Will Be Doing- Feature Development:
Architect and build new capabilities with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value. - Requirement Engineering:
Partner with the product team to clarify requirements and guide technical conversations to ensure features align with product objectives. - Operations and Maintenance:
Oversee and sustain product reliability, optimize performance, and proactively detect and address issues. - Technical Design:
Execute high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product scalability.
- Jumping between short‑term projects or pursuing the latest hype‑driven technology trends.
- Contributing to internal IT systems or outsourced projects lacking tangible user impact.
- Being trapped in endless meetings or managing tedious infrastructure challenges.
- At least 1 year of full‑stack development experience, working on front‑end and back‑end features.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
- At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
- Experience using generative AI in day‑to‑day development work.

We are a remote‑first company that hires globally via Crossover.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
