WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Architect comprehensive frameworks for AI‑powered systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency orchestration, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
- Engage deeply with emerging trends in AI and software engineering through active participation in R&D efforts, conference attendance, and collaboration with academic and professional networks, ensuring early awareness and adoption of breakthrough AI technologies.
- Routine code maintenance:
Performing regular updates or debugging of existing codebases to address minor bugs or incremental functionality improvements. - Standard software development:
Executing basic coding or development tasks that involve implementing simple features or functionalities without the integration of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your engineering proficiency to deliver substantial gains in development velocity, error reduction, and code quality, driving faster product time‑to‑market and elevated customer satisfaction.
- At least 3 years of experience as a full‑stack software developer (both front‑end and back‑end coding expertise).
- Experience using GenAI code assistants heavily (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Previous experience successfully implementing generative AI products, projects, or solutions/tools.
- Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems.
- An understanding of when and why to choose specific LLM models for different tasks.
- Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
