Software Engineer – Supply Chain Engineering | Holland & Barrett

This is a hybrid role based in UK
, with the requirement to be in the office at least one day per week.

Collaborate in an agile team with frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and engineering leadership.

Shape and deliver a roadmap that drives the growth and transformation of a 150-year-old beloved brand.

Work with product, design, and data teams to build impactful software in a high-ownership environment.

Drive and measure success through clear team metrics and proactive problem solving.

Enjoy remote work with regular in-person connections at our London office, Burton fulfilment centre, and possibly international sites.

Strong software development skills in Java, Kotlin, or similar, with frameworks like Spring Boot, Web Flux, or Project Reactor.

Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, modern databases (Postgres, Dynamo

DB), and AWS cloud services.

Skilled in Git, Maven, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines like Git Lab.

Experienced in architecting distributed systems and APIs with a TDD mindset.

STEM degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical excellence.
