As a KCML Software Developer working on the ERPOne product, you will design, develop, and maintain robust ERP solutions using the KCML language. You’ll be part of a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely in a Scrum environment to deliver features that drive real value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Simultaneous management of multiple sized projects

Effective stakeholder management

Develop and deliver project plans

Preparation and management of project documentation

Defining project resource requirements and managing the relevant resources

Manage project risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolution

Management, delivery and approval of all deliverable

Financial project management i.e. Budgeting - Management of finance during implementation

Monitoring, tracking and reporting project activity and project status

Change request management

Organise, run and document project meetings

Working with and delegating project activities to the project administration function.

To maintain internal systems as directed

To enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required

Coach and mentor Junior Project Managers

To cover for colleagues as directed

Skills, Knowledge and

Experience:

Essential:

Experience developing with the KCML language

A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Solid problem-solving and communication skills

Experience using Jira for task management

Desirable:

Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors

Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions

Willing to assist with building DEFTESTS to automate testing

An understanding of Git and Linux
