Technology Team

Responsibilities

Master your toolkit: refine your ability to choose the right tools across diverse tech stacks—monolithic to microservices, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—delivering full potential rather than chasing trends.
Simplify relentlessly: turn complexity into simplicity, whether optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, or crafting minimalist architectures.
Qualifications
Leadership: Proven outstanding work experience in highly challenging roles, with exceptional performance and growth.
Drive: Extremely ambitious, highly motivated, and holds yourself to a high and rising bar.
Reasoning ability: Solves complex problems from first principles, structures ideas sharply, and avoids biases.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), remote in selected countries.
The selection process
If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete.
