The Ads Measurement Core team is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and user-friendliness of our advertising platform. We specialize in building compelling experimentation products for advertisers. We are looking for a Backend Engineer to help us build the next generation of lift study/experimentation products to help advertisers understand the impact of their ad spend on Reddit.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advertiser-facing products, such as our self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift and A/B testing productsContribute to the development of our backend systems, supporting critical functions such as managing experiments and automating analysisCollaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our stakeholders' needsTake ownership of your work, from concept to delivery, and ensure that your solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality and performanceContinuously learn and grow with our team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software developmentTechnologies used on the team include:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science)+ years of software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environmentExperience in backend engineering, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies that you lacked prior experience withStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders independentlyNice to Have:
