Senior Full Stack Engineer

• 8-12 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on building backend services using Java (Spring Boot strongly preferred).
• Strong experience in front-end development with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue, including state management and component testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern build tooling.

  SQL databases, and strong SQL and query tuning skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Solid testing practices for both backend and frontend development.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems and integration patterns.
• Security fundamentals and practical application, including OWASP, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Experience with event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Rabbit
  
  MQ), asynchronous processing, and saga/outbox patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed services.
• Experience in performance and scalability work, including load testing and JVM tuning.
• Familiarity with micro frontends, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments with data privacy and compliance familiarity.
• Additional programming languages such as Kotlin, Go, or Python.

• Design and implement robust REST/Graph

• Develop responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks with TypeScript.
• Own end-to-end features across backend APIs, databases, frontend UI, and integrations.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and documentation.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and observability in all services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and containerization solutions.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems and drive incident response and root cause analysis.
• Enforce secure coding practices and support audits and compliance standards.
• Mentor developers and lead design reviews and technical roadmap initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, SRE, and Data teams to deliver outcomes.
