Software Architect - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the technical direction of the Common System for Grants application. This includes designing and developing modern solutions that enhance accessibility while addressing technical debt. Your expertise will guide a team dedicated to optimizing software performance and implementing effective security protocols.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain high standards of quality throughout the development process.

• Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems.
• Analyze and define data transfer requirements and formats.
• Design detailed programs and flow charts for data processing.
• Translate flow charts into coded machine instructions.
• Verify program accuracy and complete system acceptance tests.
• Document applications and prepare specifications for modifications.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and standards.

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Software Architect or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC Web – Onion Architecture, and Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks such as Type Script.
• Experience with Common System for Grants and Contributions.
• Valid Reliability Security Clearance.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
