• Build performant and robust production‑ready back‑end systems & APIs that can be easily maintained and monitored.
• Develop complex interactions with multiple data sources, back‑ends and blockchain protocols.
• Ensure high‑quality code and adherence to best practices for optimal software development, testing, and producing technical documentation.
• Embed best security practices at all layers of the stack.
• Participate in the end‑to‑end product architecture: the critical technical choices are made as a team!
• Support your team members in other areas such as Dev Ops or smart contract development.

• 2 years of experience developing robust back‑end systems & APIs in Golang.
• Knowledge of standard communication protocols (REST/HTTP, gRPC, Graph
  
  QL, message queues).
• Experience working with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL) and managing their lifecycle (deployment, migrations, backups).
• Security‑first mindset.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

• Experience with deploying & monitoring containerised applications.
• Knowledge of Web3 / blockchain integrations and the Ethereum stack (go‑ethereum).
• Experience in a fintech / banking environment.
