We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating our high-quality Service Now implementation. This role requires a strong background in Service Now development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event driven integrations with Service Now is desirable.
As a Service Now Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross‑functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands‑on development of our Service Now ecosystem.
What will you be doing?- Service Now Development :
Design, develop, and maintain Service Now so that it meets the business needs but also maintain good technical practices - Feature Delivery :
Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations - Technical Excellence :
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Were preferable use Service Now workflows rather than code changes - Collaboration :
Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end‑to‑end solutions - Continuous Improvement :
Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process
- Proven experience in software development
- Strong hands‑on background in configuring and developing within Service Now
- Practical experience setting up CI / CD pipelines in Service Now
- Solid understanding of Service Now workflows
- Experience working with Hibernate and Spring - DESIRABLE
- Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - DESIRABLE
