Forceget Supply Chain Logistics is an NVOCC‑licensed global logistics company, specializing in ocean, air cargo, truck shipments, and inventory management. We are in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Colombia, Germany, and Turkey. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Software department and seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Turkey.

You will be part of the core engineering team that designs, builds, and integrates our AI Sales Agent
, which connects multiple systems (CRM, email, Linked In, Amazon APIs, etc.) to automate lead generation, qualification, and outreach workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs to integrate with third‑party tools such as Hub Spot
  , Salesforce
  , Apollo.io
  , Linked In
  , Gmail
  , Amazon Seller API, N8N
  , and Calendly
  .
• Build automation workflows (e.g., via Zapier
  , custom connectors
  , or microservices).
• Implement NLP‑based classification and scoring modules for lead qualification using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).
• Work closely with the AI and Product teams to integrate and fine‑tune AI prompt workflows for personalized messaging and decision‑making.
• Design scalable data structures for storing and analyzing lead and engagement data.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to create pipelines and metrics for continuous learning and optimization (open rates, reply rates, etc.).

We’re flexible with exact tech, but experience in most of the following is ideal:

• Backend: .NET Core, Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js
• Frontend: Angular or React (for internal dashboards)
• Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, Zapier
• CRM APIs: Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience (preferably in backend and integrations).
• Strong experience with RESTful API design

  , and automation workflows

• Experience working with AI models or prompt‑based logic is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in English‑speaking teams (U.S. and Colombia).
• Experience with CRM integrations (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with AI agents
