We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our web-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating complex, data‑driven applications, with a particular focus on dashboards, internal tools, and engaging web-based mini‑games.

• Develop, test, and deploy high‑quality, reusable React components for our web applications.
• Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and operations tools that provide real‑time insights and a seamless user experience for our internal teams.
• Create and implement web-based mini‑games with a focus on performance and interactivity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back‑end engineers to define and implement new features.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality, best practices, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.

• Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles, including Hooks (e.g., use State, use Effect, useMemo).
• Deep understanding of component lifecycle and state management.
• Experience with a state management library such as Redux, Zustand, or the Context API for managing complex application state.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and experience working with RESTful APIs or Graph
  
  QL.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Solid understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating strong front‑end development skills is a plus.

• Experience building web-based games using technologies like Canvas, WebGL, or game-specific libraries

• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js) for building dynamic dashboards.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
