What You’ll Do

Design and build robust, scalable backend systems to power our AI algorithms and applications.
Collaborate with the web crawling and AI team to develop indexing pipelines and guide data acquisition strategies.
Craft scalable and efficient data structures to organize vast volumes of legal data.
Rapidly prototype and develop software to improve, automate, or accelerate internal processes.
Follow best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality code.

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience with Python is essential.
3+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with full‑text search, vector databases, or similar scalable search systems.
A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies in the rapidly evolving field of NLP and ML.
Knowledge of ML and AI is not required but is preferred.
