A leader in open source software is seeking a Software Engineer - L3 Support to resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu and open source applications. This remote role offers the opportunity to develop bug fixes, maintain close working relationships with support teams, and travel internationally for team events. An exceptional academic background in Computer Science or STEM, along with experience in Linux and open source software, is required.
