Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Remote Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that support our pharmaceutical research and development processes. You will work closely with our cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications for pharmaceutical research and development processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends in software development
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Continuously improve software development processes and practices
Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
