Overview

Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Ignite Tech (Remote) – $100,000/year USD. This role focuses on designing and advancing AI-powered test automation frameworks, applying predictive analytics to uncover latent risks, and contributing to defining the next generation of software quality. This is a remote, full-time position with global reach.

• Design, implement, and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and test data for thorough validation
• Apply GenAI tools to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement
• Create simulations of user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to detect potential problems before they reach end users
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product releases and reduce product defects

• AI-First Mindset (prioritize building and verifying with AI; avoid a code-first approach without AI tooling)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA automation role
• Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages:
  Python, Java, Java Script
• Professional experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or Git Hub Actions

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
