Your role is to steer the technical advancement of these platforms, making them scalable, maintainable, and durable over time. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert strategic requirements into concrete technical designs and navigate intricate challenges without compromising quality. The decisions you make will define the product’s trajectory and affect the learning journeys of thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Feature Development:
Designing and implementing new features focusing on scalability, maintainability, and long‑term product impact. - Requirement Engineering:
Collaborating with the product team to refine requirements and leading technical discussions to align features with product goals. - Operations and Maintenance:
Monitoring and maintaining product stability, tuning performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Technical Design:
Making stakes technical decisions directly impacting user experiences and product scalability.
- Jumping between transient projects or pursuing the latest hype‑driven technology trends.
- Contributing to internal IT systems or outsourced initiatives that lack tangible user impact.
- Spending excessive time in meetings or wrestling with tedious infrastructure problems.
- At least 1 year of full‑stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
- At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
- Experience in using generative AI in your day‑to‑day development work.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
