Senior Python Developer (Web3 / Trading) | Remote
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Python Developer to join a next‑gen Web3 social trading platform built on Solana. This is more than just a coding role – it’s about shaping the architecture, solving real production challenges, and building something that truly pushes the Web3 space forward.
Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Join a product‑focused team building a scalable Web3 solution for social and copy trading. You’ll work with cutting‑edge blockchain APIs and real‑time technologies to deliver a fast, clean, and powerful backend architecture capable of supporting tens of thousands of users. We’re looking for a developer who sees code as craft – not just tasks to complete.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the backend application and public/private APIs
- Implement real‑time features using Web Sockets for the social trading feed
- Integrate with APIs such as Helius, Jupiter, Birdeye, and other Solana services
- Design scalable architecture for high‑load systems
- Optimize database queries and external API calls
- Ensure system stability, fault tolerance, and performance
- Build new features for copy trading and sniping tools
- Collaborate closely with the frontend team
- Fully remote position

- 5+ years of professional Python development
- 3+ years with Django and Django REST Framework
- Experience with Web Sockets / Django Channels
- Strong knowledge of Postgre
SQL, Redis, Celery - Experience integrating Solana RPC and APIs (Helius, Jupiter, Birdeye, etc.)
- Skilled in system design, debugging, and feature development
- Confident with Docker, CI/CD workflows, AWS or GCP
- Comfortable collaborating with frontend (SPA, Web Sockets, API integration)
- Experience building trading, copy trading, or sniper bots on Solana
- Familiarity with high‑load systems (1k+ RPS)
- Understanding of the Solana ecosystem and blockchain protocols
