Position Overview As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will partner with AI researchers to identify suitable open-source repositories, validate bug fixes, configure environments, and evaluate LLM capabilities in real-world coding scenarios. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills in software engineering.
What You’ll Do Analyze and triage Git Hub issues from top open-source repositories.
Configure environments using Docker and other development tools.
Evaluate code quality, coverage, and test reliability.
Modify and execute projects to assess LLM bug-fixing capabilities.
Work closely with researchers to select and define challenge repositories.
Optionally guide and mentor junior engineers on the team.
Ideal Profile 3–4+ years of professional Rust development experience.
Expertise in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Ability to debug, run, and manage large-scale open-source projects locally.
Familiarity with Git Hub workflows and issue triaging best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills for AI-integrated software environments.
