We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to design, implement, and support applications, workflows, and integrations within the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical development skills and experience supporting multiple Service Now modules.
Responsibilities- Develop, configure, test, and maintain Service Now applications and integrations.
- Support Service Now modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance platform functionality.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development and security best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Remote position with occasional onsite travel as needed.
- Experience with Service Now platform configuration and implementation and support of multiple Service Now modules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application within Service Now.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
