Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence, intraday management, and operational reporting in a contact center environment.
You will use Java and Spring Boot to deliver scalable services, React with Type Script for workforce applications, and Node.js for integrations. Experience with CX platforms and WFM processes is preferred.
