- Develop software and workflow automation for the Department of Education's Federal Student Aid cybersecurity support services.
- Turn manual or disconnected activities into integrated, traceable processes for evidence collection, approvals, and operational decision support.
- Design and build workflow applications, services, rules, notifications, and integrations with customer-approved technologies.
- Automate evidence collection, task routing, status tracking, policy enforcement, and operational reporting.
- Maintain documentation such as roadmaps, ADRs, runbooks, and release notes while participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-10 years of experience; senior certification like CISSP or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust clearance; active Secret clearance highly preferred.
