Tux Care Inc. is looking for a Senior Kernel Support Engineer to join our Kernel Care team. You will analyze crashes, hangs, and reboots related to live patching, determine if patches caused issues, and communicate findings to customers.
You will also investigate patching failures, add support for new patches/kernels, and own Sev 1 incidents for enterprise customers. You will work on debugging kernel crashes, CVE questions, and coordinating with patch and engineering teams.
