Led by Jatin Sachdeva - a certified fitness coach and Indian immigrant turned entrepreneur — we’ve helped thousands of professionals abroad transform their body and mindset using our 4-phase “Stay Fit Forever” method.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Accountability
Monitor daily check-ins, weekly check-ins, and habit compliance
Review food logs, workout adherence, and lifestyle data
Follow up with inactive or inconsistent clients
Maintain professional, empathetic, and firm communication

Nutrition & Training Support
Assist with macro-based nutrition plans
Support fat loss, muscle gain, and recomposition clients
Make basic plan adjustments under guidance of senior coaches
Flag red-alert cases (plateaus, injuries, non-compliance)

Requirements (Must-Have)
Certification in Fitness / Nutrition (ISSA, ACE, NASM, PN, or similar)  OR
strong real-world coaching experience
Based in India with ability to work during Canada/US hours
1–3 years experience in fitness coaching
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
Experience coaching clients  online
Strong understanding of:
Calories & macros
Fat loss & muscle gain principles
Lifestyle coaching
Comfortable working with systems, checklists, and SOPs
High discipline, accountability, and attention to detail

Work Hours & Operational Window
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM IST, 6 Days a Week
The 12.5-hour window does not mean a 12.5-hour continuous shift. It simply represents the operational hours during which our clients may require timely responses on chat.
You are expected to be responsive within that 12.5-hour window, but your calls work will not run back-to-back for 12.5 hours.

Work Setup Requirements
As this is a remote role, you are expected to maintain a professional home office setup that allows you to perform your duties effectively. This includes:
A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
High-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup option.
A smartphone for communication (Whats App, calls, etc.).
Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients if required.
Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.

It is your responsibility to ensure these requirements are consistently met during your employment.
