Would you like to be the next Fresh Thinker? Our community of Fresh Thinkers is continuously expanding, and our teams are always eager to welcome new talents with different backgrounds. We are looking for a Transportation Specialist for our Logistics Hub in Vigasio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders)
Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers
Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary
Attend supplier meetings for annual negotiation of shipping contracts
Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services)
Complete export documents (customs documents)
Complete delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet)
Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities
Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers
Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport)
Requirements
Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years
Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
Languages:
English and second Language
Highest Education Level: Degree in Economics
