Logistics Coordinator

Location:Hybrid (Office/Home-based — 2 days WFH after training)

Salary:Up to £32,000 + Bonus (£5,000) + Excellent Benefits

We’re recruiting for a Transport and Logistcs Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing business that’s passionate about getting products where they need to be — on time, every time.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing our client's third-party logistics partners, ensuring goods are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and to the highest standards. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being the crucial link between suppliers, hauliers and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Planning and coordinating weekly transport requirements.
  • Monitoring deliveries, resolving issues, and keeping performance on track.
  • Tracking KPIs, analysing data and producing insightful reports for senior management.
  • Identifying cost-effective transport routes and maximising truck fill and utilisation.
  • Keeping internal teams informed on any potential delays, supply chain risks or external disruptions.
  • Supporting with import documentation and clearance processes.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving logistics processes to support the business’s growth.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills — you’ll be the go-to person to keep things moving.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot trends.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to handling problems and queries.
  • Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
What’s on offer:
  • Salary up to £32,000
  • Bonus of up to £5,000 per annum (based on personal and company performance)
  • Hybrid working — 2 days a week from home (after training)
