Monday-Friday roles or various shift patterns available – see below. We are seeking candidates who want to retrain to be vehicle recovery drivers, helping our customers and their vehicles on a daily basis. This is a home-based role giving the added advantage of not having to drive to and from work every day, with a dedicated vehicle fully equipped with specialist tools to recover vehicles.

We attend breakdowns and recover vehicles in all weathers, so you need to be prepared to work outside and sometimes in difficult conditions to rescue our customers.

This is a home-based role with a dedicated vehicle and tools to recover vehicles. You will work from the vehicle and attend breakdowns to assist customers.

We have a variety of shift patterns available and welcome a discussion at interview around which patterns may suit you best, including:

• Monday-Friday
• Monday-Friday with alternate weekends
• 4 on 2 off
• 4 on 4 off (where available)

Example Shift Pattern

Four days on, two days off, pattern rotates after every two days off. Pattern and start times may change but duration remains the same.

• 07.00 to 19.00 Early
• 10.00 to 22.00 Middle
• 14.00 to 02.00 Late

Provide outstanding customer service in a sometimes challenging environment. Take ownership to offer solutions that fit customer needs and support the vehicle recovery process.

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of three years
• Licence category: C1E, Class 1 or Class 2
• Valid DCPC and tachocard
• DBS check and enhanced police vetting required

Basic salary depends on driving licence category, with the opportunity to enhance pay with regular overtime and bonus schemes. Basic salary from £32,000 depending on working pattern and driving licence category. A variety of bonus and overtime opportunities are available which could add a further £9,000 per annum to the base pay.
