YOUR ROLE
Create and manage crew schedules to ensure all flights are properly staffed;
Monitor flight delays and make sure crews can complete all assigned and additional missions;
Work closely with Flight Coordination during irregular operations to maintain compliance with CARS regulations and crew duty requirements;
Support the supervision and execution of pilot flight training, making adjustments as needed;
Compile and analyze flight delay data for reporting and performance tracking;
Identify and resolve crew absence issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience as a Crew Planner;
Diploma or training in logistics, aviation, or planning (an asset);
Understanding of the working environment of flight crew;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Knowledge of AIMS or Cirro (an asset).
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of experience in a management and/or coordination role, ideally managing flight crew personnel in a regulated environment.
