As an Airport Ground Staff, your responsibilities will include assisting passengers during their time at the airport, ensuring their safety and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling luggage, assisting with check-in and boarding procedures, and communicating important information to passengers.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of airport operations and be knowledgeable about airline procedures and regulations.
