You will be responsible for managing a climate-controlled vehicle, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring all regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical transport are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute specialized deliveries of pharmaceuticals requiring strict temperature control, adhering to established cold chain protocols.
• Operate and maintain a temperature-controlled delivery vehicle, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and temperatures remain within specified ranges.
• Monitor and record temperature data throughout transit, documenting any deviations and reporting them immediately.
• Ensure the secure handling, loading, and unloading of pharmaceutical products, protecting them from damage or contamination.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness, considering the sensitive nature of the cargo.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, proof of delivery, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Adhere strictly to all pharmaceutical transportation regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and relevant stakeholders regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to healthcare facilities and other recipients.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its commitment to quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience, with at least 2 years focused on specialized transport such as pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or cold chain logistics.
• Valid Code 10 driver's license with a clean driving record and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Demonstrated understanding of cold chain management principles and experience with temperature monitoring equipment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, particularly Good Distribution Practices (GDP), is essential.
• Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote operational setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo thorough background checks and provide comprehensive references.
• Must possess a reliable internet connection and communication devices for remote coordination.
