Reimbursement Analyst

Insight Global is looking to hire a Financial / Reimbursement Analyst in a fully remote capacity
. This individual will support a grant reimbursement program by reviewing monthly invoices and supporting documentation from 22 nonprofit and government organizations. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation in Laserfiche, using an established tick-mark methodology to tie expenses to invoice amounts, identifying missing or insufficient support, preparing reimbursement requests, and uploading completed documentation to the appropriate funding folders. This individual will also follow up directly with participating organizations to resolve documentation discrepancies and will work closely with the Volunteer Services Director.

• Candidates must be available for a weekly finance meeting at 9:30 AM EST and should work during standard business hours.
• This is a part time position. The position is expected to average approximately 80 hours per month, with the potential to reach 120 hours depending on workload
  , and heavier activity occurring around the 15th through 20th of each month.

• Experience reviewing financial documentation, invoices, or supporting records for accuracy
• Experience reconciling expenses and tying supporting documentation to specific invoice amounts
• Experience identifying discrepancies, missing documentation, or compliance issues
• Proficiency reviewing and managing financial documentation electronically

• Internal or external audit experience
• Experience with Laserfiche or a similar document management system
