Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Location: Orlando, FL 32801

Work Model: Hybrid (Monday–Wednesday Onsite, Thursday–Friday WFH)

Pay Rate: $30.40/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across marketing and web product teams. The candidate will analyze website and marketing performance, develop dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze marketing and website performance using SQL and Google Analytics.
• Measure email campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Work with Snowflake, Big Query, Full Story, and Power BI.
• Support digital marketing testing and campaign optimization.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and Big Query.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, or R is a plus.
