Warranty Program Associate Internship

Key responsibilities include:

• Support intake, tracking, and closure of warranty claims, ensuring documentation is complete and maintained.
• Assist in monitoring claim status and elevate overdue actions.
• Support warranty cost tracking and reporting activities.
• Maintain warranty risk registers and tracking tools; identify trends and recurring failure patterns.
• Support development of mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Assist with KPI tracking and development of reporting dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, cost drivers, and performance indicators.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned reviews; validate corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with process mapping, workflow improvements, and recommend efficiency and data quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams; attend project meetings and document minutes and action items.
• Support communication between internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure project records and warranty documentation are properly maintained.
• Assist with development and revision of procedures, work instructions, and templates.

The company is looking for:

• College undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Results-oriented and a complete team player.
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
