Friedman Real Estate in Orlando is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site needs at Lorenzo at East Mil Apartments. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests on HVAC and other systems.
Candidates should have two years of maintenance experience in multi-family properties, own a basic tool set, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. HVAC certification is a plus.
