IHG in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform interior/exterior repairs on buildings, rooms, and equipment. The role requires flexibility for shift timing (3pm–11:30pm) with potential mornings/overnight as needed, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems, document tasks, and coordinate with hotel staff to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
