Location: Burscough
Psychiatry Consultant – North West of England – S12 and AC required General Adult Consultant – Psychiatry – North West of England
We are currently recruiting for a Consultant to cover a long term position based in the North West on a long term basis.
Description :The job will be based within an 18 bedded unit based in a private setting
Job Description- Lead on the provision of high-quality care to the service users admitted to the ward
- Act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards patients, their families and visitors
- Take overall responsibility for patient treatment plans in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team
. - Assess referrals & undertake mental state examinations of service users
- Supervise reports for Mental Health Act tribunals & managers’ hearings & attend hearings
- To ensure and maintain regular communications with the Site Medical Director and Hospital Manager
