Base pay range: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour, plus pension and holiday pay (rolled up rate £15.01 to £15.58 per hour). Locations:
Ormskirk and surrounding areas including Skelmersdale, Burscough, Mawdsley and Aughton.

As a Home Care Worker
, you will support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support), medication and meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines, and encouraging independence and companionship.

• Complex Care – support individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more.
• Children's Support – provide personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
• Mental Health Support – offer practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
• For Complex Care, Children's or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months of hands‑on UK care experience (if not, induction training will be provided)
