**** Overview
* * We are currently looking for a Quality Auditor to join the professional and welcoming team in Orpington.

At our Orpington office we offer high quality, specialist products to Personal and Commercial clients throughout the UK. We have sustained one of the highest customer satisfaction and retention rates within the industry by focusing on the precise needs of our clients.

The position of Quality Auditor will complete internal audits primarily on insurance activities involving New Business and Renewals but also extend out to other processes across the business.  You will carefully analyse your findings against company set standards and provide detailed feedback. Provide monthly reporting summaries of your feedback to the management team and direct feedback to teammates. Help coach and develop teammates to guide them to achieve the best results whilst meeting our procedural standards and regulatory obligations

** Responsibilities & Duties
*** Quality Assess New Business and Renewal cases and feedback to management
* Develop a knowledge for the business and understand company standards
* Produce monthly & weekly feedback summary reports
* Positively contribute to drive an improved standards culture
* Various other tasks to ensure the operations team continues to support the business.
* Adhere to B&B guidelines which adhere to our regulatory responsibilities.
* Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
* Carry out reasonable ad-hoc tasks as requested by supervisors, managers or Directors
* Attend statutory, essential and mandatory training
* Respect the confidentiality of all matters relating to their employment and other members of staff. All members of staff are required to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

*** Insurance broking procedures and assessment experience (related)
* High attention to detail
* Good knowledge of IT Systems, PowerPoint and spreadsheets
* Time management and organisational skills
* Analytical and problem solving skills
